Lotto: our jackpot will be €2,600 next Thursday. The 6 winners of our lucky dips were -Billy Loughnane, Joanne Cleere, Martin Gavin, Margaret Butler, Betty Delaney, Elaine Quinn.

Calf-rearing scheme fundraiser: the big mart day was on Thursday at Templemore Mart with all funds raised from the sale of the claves, so generously put forward by local farmers, going towards the club. Our sincerest thanks to all those who supported this venture or attended the mart to make it a success. Thanks also to those farmers who have even come on board since then-a committee member will be in touch with you over the next week. Any farmer still wishing to support it can do so by contacting Tim Bergin or Jim Ryan.

County League: The intermediate hurlers face Seán Treacys this Wednesday at home at 7.30pm with the junior hurlers out against Clonakenny at home this Thursday at 7.30pm. The intermediate footballers are also at home this Sunday against Aherlow at 12pm.

Responsible dog walking: the club is appealing to anyone walking their dog in the field to please clean up after them responsibly. There have been multiple examples of dog littering this past while and this lack of respect for the facilities is ruining it for those who actually do clean up after their animals and use the field properly as a safe place to walk. The club does not want to take the stance of disallowing all dog walking but if people continue to disrespect the field this may have to happen. Also, anyone disposing of dog foul is asked to put their bags in the rubbish bins at the stand side which are bagged and not put them into the wheelie bins.

Camogie: Our U16’s start their season away to Mullinahone Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. Busy weekend ahead as our Juniors play Rockwell Rovers Saturday evening at home at 19:30 and our U14‘s travel to Mullinahone in their first game in their Championship on Sunday at 11am. U6-U10 training will recommence on Wednesday 10th at 18:30. ClubZap will be updated.

Juveniles: Our U5 Nursery will start back training on Wednesday 10th April @ 6.30pm in Templetuohy.

The U13’s played today in the Mid Football Championship against Moycarkey-Borris. Despite showing some great football skills throughout the game, they unfortunately lost, on the final score of 3-6 to 2-6. Hard luck to all involved.
